Our generous community of volunteers are critical to Wild Society’s mission of connecting people of all ages to nature. We have many opportunities throughout the year for volunteers to support these efforts. Whether you can join us frequently or just one time, we are grateful for your support. We welcome individuals, families, and groups!
Program Volunteer
Wild Society offers a variety of programming. The summer is particularly busy when we run backcountry camps and weekend field study programs. These excursions require a lot of labor to prepare the camping gear and food for our participants.
Administrative Volunteer
From time to time our staff can use a hand with a variety of administrative tasks such as distributing Wild Society programing flyers, preparing for our end of year fundraising campaign, and supporting marketing efforts with photos and videos.
Stewardship Volunteer
Stewardship is a way for Wild Society to express gratitude for the natural places we hike, learn, and explore in. We participate in work parties in the parks hosting our Naturalists program, as well as partnering with local groups to support their environmental work. This is a great opportunity for building community in our organization and across the Puget Sound region!
