We are a nonprofit organization committed to keeping the cost of our programs low and providing as many scholarships as possible. It is part of our mission to be accessible to people of all financial backgrounds. We encourage you to ask for assistance if you need it and pay what you can.
Eligibility
Eligibility is need-based. We take into consideration individual/family’s qualifying status for free/reduced lunch programs, annual income, number of dependents, etc.
Priority
Our financial aid budget is limited and priority will be given to qualified applicants first come first serve. In the event that qualified applications exceed our budget, we will start a waitlist and contact donors as possible.
Notification & Acceptance
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and award notifications are sent via email as soon as possible. To receive aid, you must accept in writing and, if applicable, pay the tuition balance at least two weeks prior to program start date. Funds may be redirected to other scholarship applicants if no response is received.
Payment Plans
If you are able to pay all or part of tuition but not all at once, we will work with you to set up a payment plan.
Siblings
A family may apply for multiple children within their immediate family, but only one session per child.
Confidentiality
All financial aid applications are kept confidential, and have no bearing on eligibility to participate in our programs. Applying for financial aid will neither increase nor decrease your chances of getting into a program.
Application Fee
We ask for a $50 deposit with your application to cover administrative expenses. This fee will only be refundable if we are not able to award the aid you request in full. If you cannot pay $50 at the time of applying, please contact us to have the fee waived.
